Bouldering for kids and youth

If your kids always climb the trees, garages and boulders, bring them to our gym. Here, in a friendly environment, we will teach them how to climb safely. Climbing is a great way to improve strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and mood. Climbers of all ages are welcome!

Trainings take place twice a week. The size of the groups is 10 kids. The monthly fee includes entrance to our gym and rental shoes during the scheduled training times.
To participate in the training, please pre-register:

The training groups are in Estonian, but all our instructors speak English too. If we will get enough interested people, we organise separated English and Russian groups. Let us know about your preferences.

School holiday special! Bouldering 1-0-1 for kids and teens

Kivi Climbing is organising Bouldering 101 minicourses for kids and teens during the school holidays. Previous climbing experience is not required. During the course that lasts 2-3 hours, kids will learn the basics of bouldering as well as play fun active climbing games together. It is a good opportunity to get into the new sport of climbing. The course takes place in two different age groups. The course is instructed by Ave Alviste, who has previously also given many climbing trainings to both children and adults.
The course for 8-12 year olds lasts 2 hours, the course for 12 years and older lasts 3 hours. The course also has a small rest and food break, during which we offer healthy snacks.
Changing rooms and showers are available on site. Please wear comfortable sportswear and thin socks for the course. Special climbing shoes are provided on site. Be sure to bring a bottle of water with you.

35 euros (includes a guided course, entrance to our climbing center and use of rental shoes, lunch snacks).

Bouldering for adults

Climbing is a great way to improve strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, mood and find new friends. Come alone or with friends and learn how to climb. Maybe, it will be your new awesome hobby.

Bouldering 1-0-1

Want to try bouldering, but don’t know how? Have been bouldering a few times, but would like to learn some basic techniques and tips? This workshop is what you’ve been waiting for! During a 3 hour workshop, our instructor will introduce you to the basics of bouldering: safety; warm-up exercises; the “rules” of bouldering; how to choose a route/project for climbing; how to fall; basic technical tips for climbing. We recommend continuing with Bouldering 1-0-2 course, where we go more into details with learning different bouldering movements and techniques. Come and find yourself a new cool hobby and friends!

  • Bouldering 1-0-2

    For those who have done Bouldering 1-0-1 or have climbed some time on their own and know the basic rules and safety of bouldering. Don’t worry, this course does not require badass bouldering skills. But after passing this course you will be one step closer to being a badass climber. During this course you will have 3 times 1.5 hour classes where our instructor will introduce the basics of bouldering in more detail. You will learn to use your body balance and distribute your weight while climbing; using different grip positions and of course we will concentrate a lot on footwork. Come and take your bouldering skills to next level!
