Bouldering for kids and youth

If your kids always climb the trees, garages and boulders, bring them to our gym. Here, in a friendly environment, we will teach them how to climb safely. Climbing is a great way to improve strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and mood. Climbers of all ages are welcome!

We start a new training year from 05.09.2022. To register, check the plan below, select your group and fill the form.
Every group will be open if there are at least 6 participants.
Groups are Estonian-speaking, but the coaches also speak other languages.

Schedule

3-4 years old
Our main focus in the 3-4 year-olds group is to ignite the kids’ passion for doing sports. Parents are involved in trainings as they can take active role in it. Our training is playful and fun. Not only do we climb, but we also conduct a little bit of age appropriate strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility exercises. 3-4 year-olds group is preparation for coming years, where the focus will be more and more on climbing technique and evolving towards professional climbing sport.

The group comes together twice a week and the group’s training is preparation for next years when the focus is more on technical climbing.

Our main focus in the 9-12 years old group is to master the technical aspects of rock climbing. We focus on the technical, mental and physical parts of sport climbing. Our training is mostly sport-specific and partly playful. In addition to climbing, we also do strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility exercises. The group comes together twice a week and the participants are welcome to join all competitions that our climbing club takes part in.

We are opening a beginners group for teenagers (13-18 years old). The main goal is to master the basic technique of rock climbing. It will be a prerequisite for joining advanced climbers groups in the next years. The training is sport-specific with two bouldering sessions a week and one strength & conditioning session a week.

Bouldering for adults

Climbing is a great way to improve strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, mood and find new friends. Come alone or with friends and learn how to climb. Maybe, it will be your new awesome hobby.

Want to try bouldering, but don’t know how? Have been bouldering a few times, but would like to learn some basic techniques and tips? This workshop is what you’ve been waiting for! During a 2 hour workshop, our instructor will introduce you to the basics of bouldering: safety; warm-up exercises; the “rules” of bouldering; how to choose a route/project for climbing; how to fall; basic technical tips for climbing. Come and find yourself a new cool hobby and friends!

  • Women's bouldering training

    This fall, we open 2 groups: for those who continue and beginners. The aim of the training group is to learn different climbing techniques together, to do exercises that improve strength and movement, and to offer a pleasant and supportive company for trainings and climbing trips.

    Group for beginners suits to all women who have a basic knowledge of bouldering (whether they have been climbing on their own for some time or have completed our 101 bouldering course).

    Advanced group is for those who have been training since last season (actively climbing and have already been training with Marianna).

    The groups are supervised by Marianna Zvereva. Trainings are planned in Estonian, but they can be held in English if desired. (In addition, Marianna is fluent in Russian).

    When?
    Beginners: Every Tuesday from 19:00 to 20:30. The first training on 13.09.
    Advanced: Every Thursday from 19:00 to 20:30. The first training on 08.09.
    How much does it cost?
    10 EUR per class (only training session. Entrance fee to the gym and if necessary, shoe rental is added)

    Men's bouldering training

    This fall we are opening a group for men who want to start regular bouldering trainings. The purpose of the group is to learn different climbing techniques, also do exercises that improve strength and movement, and to offer a pleasant company to spend your Thursday evenings with (and hopefully in the future to take your first real climbing trips together).

    The beginner group is suitable for anyone with basic knowledge of bouldering (for example, completed our 101 bouldering course). The current level of climbing is not important.

    The instructor of the group is Jürgen Rekk. The lessons are planned in Estonian, but if desired, they will be held in English.

    When
    Every Thursday from 7PM to 8.30PM.
    The first training will take place on September 8.
    How much does it cost
    10 EUR once (only an hour. Entrance fee to the hall and rental of slippers if necessary are added)
    10 times card - 90 EUR

    Personal training

    In this course, our instructor will analyze your performance, create a personal training plan just for you and support you on your way to becoming a stronger, well-balanced climber.
